Great stay

The place was really nice, not a complaint. Great swimming pool on the roof with great views.

Missing a bar upstairs by the swimming pool and a restaurant. The gym needs a bit more machines/ accessories.

Quick tulum town visit

This is a beautiful hotel with many great amenities on site; bike rentals, gym, pool. There is always security at the front desk who are willing to call a taxi when needed or make recommendations of things to do in the area. The staff are very friendly!

The roads to the hotel are filled with potholes and the hotel is a little far from the main strip.

It was okay

I love the pool and the beautiful plants located on the first floor.

It was a rough start to my vacation when I get the the panoramic and the person at the front desk told me that he could not give me a key to my room. I communicated with the hotel several time before I arrived asking about transportation and notifying them that I would be arriving late. They never once told me that they could not provide me with a key or a code to get into the room. I was frantically calling so many numbers and finally got a response on how to obtain the key. I feel that the person renting out the condo should have reached out me and told me the process. She was nice but I would have appreciated if she communicated with me first instead of starting my vacation in a panic.

Honest review

The property was nice however as far as cleanliness it wasn’t that great. The floors were sticky and they only change the towels every 3 days. The WiFi was out for the four days we were there. The electricity was out the first day we were there. I’m sure it had everything to do with the hurricane. It took over 2 hours to get in my room.

The pool was amazing our suite was very nice and spacious it’s located around a lot of nice restaurants food excellent.

Nothing the entire hotel is OVERATED However Staff meme we David was a great help with all the questions I had Around the clock security was the only plus

We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom me and 2 friends apartment room number 105A There no safe to lock up your personals that you don’t wish to carry on a day to day There is no room service no food or water if you get hungry or thirsty , there is a refrigerator so I guess it almost acts as an Airbnb where you need to stick the fridge with food and drinks Cleaning people seem to come maybe twice a week We had piled up garbage from the whole week of our stay our room strayed to smell horrible from the trash not being taken out Have to Constantly ask for toilet paper and clean towels Bedsheets had many stains on them upon our arrival and the pillow had blood from a dead bug ???? Dead bug stains all over the house/room And the room was literally infested with mosquitoes! Killed like 15 a day and still had a million lingering ! The bathrooms were the worst with the bugs and mosquitoes .... one of the sinks in the bathroom just kept flooding and rising couldn’t use it ...... just a very very disappointing hotel, very displeased and will not return or refer others to this hotel.

I would recommend staying by the beach

The layout, entrance, and pool of the property was very well thought out.

The front door to every room has a little gap at the top allowing air to come in and out. One of the nights it rained and it was extremely humid in our room causing the floors to feel wet. Another downfall was the room wasn’t completely clean and the wall was damaged by the bed frame. The bed sheets were dirty and the balcony had bird poop all over it so we couldn’t enjoy it. We also thought we’d be getting a room on the ground floor, but we got put in a room on the 2nd floor.

I will be going back

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms and the pool area are modern and nice. It's clean and unlike many other places ive stayed in tulum the walls were not thin! I actually slept without hearing neighbors.

The room I booked was not the room I received, and therefor the bedding was sub par. Each room is owned or managed by different people. So the picture I saw had a thick duvet on the bed, and what I got was a thin sheet with like a think itchy blanket. Not cool, and there were a few things missing like hanger, the wifi modem lol, the microwave and stove were making a beeping noise so they showed me how to turn the circuit breaker off when i wasn't using them. This didn't bother me but for some it might, and so I would say as a new building, they need to just pay attention to the details. Once the roads leading to it are cleaned up it will be alot better, it was a little scary driving back alone at night because there's hardly any light and extremely deep potholes. Security however will walk close to your car when they see you pull in and make sure your on the property safe.

Wonderful

The penthouse has all the amenities you need 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Living room, kitchen, and Private top deck pool with BBQ area and private bathroom for pool area. AC in the rooms are great. The water pressure is great and has hot water. I would highly recommend this place if your traveling with family. I recommend you have a car to travel to this place.

The only problem we had was the AC in the living room wasn’t working and we placed a call and no one ever came even when they said they would be sending someone. Other than that we would have rated this place a 10.
